2026 Camp Choson Resident Camp Operations
We thank you for your interest in joining the Camp Choson resident camp operations team. Res camp focuses on identity and the Korean-American experience through providing a 6-day overnight experience for our middle school and high school-aged campers. Our goal is to create a safe environment to connect with our Korean heritage, to build lifelong friendships, and above all, to have fun.
Time Commitment and Requirements: We require all res camp staff to commit to 7 days of camp from: Saturday, June 27th 10AM until Friday, July 3rd 4PM. This time frame includes training and setup, res camp, and cleanup. Res camp staff must attend one online training session on Saturday, May 30th 3:00PM - 5:00PM CST or Sunday, June 14th 3:00PM - 5:00PM CST.
All res camp staff must be at least 21 years old. All staff need to agree to a background check in order to participate at Camp Choson.
Upon receiving your application, we will contact you regarding an interview over Zoom with the resident camp director. Completion of this application does not guarantee a spot as a resident camp staff. You will receive an email from the resident camp director notifying you of your application no later than Friday, May 16th.
