RESIDENT CAMP
About.
Resident Camp focuses on what it is like to be an adolescent growing up in a culturally diverse society and how to balance cultural origins, self-identity, and social acceptance in his or her life as a Korean-American teen. Resident campers participate in a variety of age-appropriate activities that promote social interaction.
Community.
Our community starts its day together at Achim Moim and becomes tighter through the enjoyment of good food and fun conversation.
A breakfast, delicious lunch, and savory dinner is provided to every camper, every day.
Between meals, time is spent with each other and their counselors as they develop lasting memories by understanding what is to be Korean-American teen. Through activities and discussion the Resident campers build a community they can call their own.
